Philosophy of Birth
I believe God, in His infinite wisdom, created women’s bodies to carry and bring forth new life, and that He empowered us with the ability to do so naturally. This belief carries over into my philosophy of birth as a midwife. I view pregnancy and birth, not as an illness that must be treated, with medications and hospitalization, but as a normal female function that should be celebrated and nurtured.
